Sheet Metal Processing
From cutting to the welded assembly: we process sheet metal and profiles with modern laser, plasma, bending and pressing technology – and weld series with 16 robots.
Cutting: laser and plasma
For precise blanks we rely on laser cutting up to 20 mm material thickness. Thicker sections are cut by plasma up to 60 mm – economically, even in large formats. This produces the right blank for every part, from thin-gauge sheet to heavy flame-cut components.
Forming: bending and pressing
Our press brakes range from 220 t to 1,000 t of press force – allowing us to bend anything from compact housing parts to long profiles. In addition, we form parts on presses with up to 1,000 t: formed parts in series, process-reliable and dimensionally accurate.
Joining: welding with 16 robots
At the heart of our series production is robotic welding: 16 welding robots produce assemblies with consistent seam quality at high cycle rates. Manual welding stations complement the automation for special parts and smaller batches.
